This week we stop in Jefferson City Missouri to chat with Prison Brews brewer Rod Dothage. In addition to their prison theme, Prison Brews boasts the only wood fired pizza oven in Jefferson City, and offers Bocce tournaments (pronounced BOW-chee in this region of the country). Later we take a hard hat tour of the former Missouri State Penitentiary where plans are underway to stabilize and install a museum in at least one of the structures that once comprised “the bloodiest 47 acres in America.”
